The training as a Food Service Area Manager (IHK) provides you with solid business knowledge. The content builds upon the training as a commercial manager in gastronomy (IHK) and expands specifically on this. You will acquire knowledge, which is necessary in a management position in the food industry. In this course, we also provide you with skills based in practice. The text books provide concrete examples and in the final module you can prove your acquired skills in an online planning game.
